CNC turning, milling and grinding
- We have a substantial range of conventional and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) 5 axis machinery, CNC vertical machining centres and one of the largest precision grinding facilities in the UK.
- Our CNC milling and grinding capabilities means that we can work with a maximum material size of 660mm x 1,540mm.
Electric Discharge Machining (EDM)
- Our EDM wire and spark capability means we can produce complex parts in large volumes, from any electrically conductive material.
- We can achieve precision-machined cost-effective features in-house that other mills and lathes cannot, reducing lead times for our customers.
CAD / CAM and experienced experts
- We have both decades of experience and modern machinery to provide innovative, hard-wearing components for our customers.
- We use the latest CAD / CAM technology that includes EdgeCam Suites which reduces risks and improves the efficiency of our manufacturing throughput.
Assembly and testing
- We offer a range of assembly processes that include bonding, brazing, shrink fitting and welding.
- Our products are tested and inspected by our in-house PCN qualified operators in line with our quality control standards and the expectations of our customers.
